DrLeadGen is a business name of Avieros, a Delaware corporation, at 706 Meadow Ave, East Peoria, IL 61611. This policy covers drleadgen.com and the consultation pages we run for plastic surgery practices.

Patients using a practice's consultation page

The page is anonymous. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or date of birth, and there is no free-text box.

We keep only:

• Your answers to the six multiple-choice questions (procedures of interest, timeline, who decides, budget range, whether you can meet in two weeks, and how you'd like to meet)
• The readiness score those answers produce
• Whether you pressed the button to book or to call the practice
• Campaign tags in the page link, if any (for example utm_source)

We don't store your IP address with your answers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for a short time to run the site securely. When you book or call, you are dealing with the practice directly; their own privacy practices apply from there.

We use these answers only to show you the right next step and to tell the practice how many people used its page each week. We report totals, never individual answers.

Practices and visitors to drleadgen.com

When you apply on our home page, we collect your name, practice name, email, phone number and city, plus how you found us. We use them only to contact you about DrLeadGen.

When a practice becomes a customer, we keep its practice details, booking link, office phone and the email addresses that receive the weekly report. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent any information. We share it only with the providers that run the service (Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database, Resend for email, Stripe for payments), or when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting

Anonymous answers are kept while the practice is a customer and for up to 12 months after. Practice and applicant details are kept while we're working together. To ask us to delete your details, email founder@avieros.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
